Trevor - as all other Spiders From Mars - was from my hometown of Kingston Upon Hull (Ok maybe Woody Woodmansey was from nearby Beverley). Trevor Bolder had a great CV. David Bowie's band, Uriah Heep, Wishbone Ash. Terrific bass player. And Laurie Wisefield, great guitarist with Wishbone Ash in their 70s heyday. Good to see Laurie here reminiscing and playing superbly. And great too to hear some quality stuff from Trevor Bolder's album. PS In Gipsyville (area of Hull) back in the 60s-70s there was a little record shop called the Bolder Record Bar. I might be wrong but I always thought that record shop had some connection with the Bolder family. I hope so anyway. RIP Trevor, Hull legend

It should be noted that before joining Wishbone Ash in 1974, Laurie Wisefield was the guitarist for the fantastic band Home with their concept album The Alchemist for example (released in 1973 by CBS Records).

@ 1:35 His 'ole 1954 Fender Strat is a beauty! Saw Laurie Wisefield with Wishbone Ash (my favorite era) back in the mid '70s, at Winterland in San Francisco a couple of times. Such a great tasty melodic guitarist and humble musician. Cheers.
